By booking a reading, ritual, livestream reading or event with Mia Karolys, you agree to these terms.
The services
Tarot readings, angelic messages, energy work and rituals are offered for spiritual insight, personal reflection and energetic support. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and do not replace medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed and vary for each person. Your decisions remain your own responsibility. Services are for adults aged 18 and over. Mia never performs work meant to cause harm to anyone.
How booking works
- You choose a service on miakarolys.com and pay in full by card (Stripe), or by PayPal or Revolut where offered.
- After payment, you contact Mia on WhatsApp (her number appears on the payment confirmation page) with your name, a photo and your question or intention.
- Rituals start within about 7 days of receiving your details. Mia accepts a limited number of rituals each week, so she will tell you your start date.
- Taromancy readings take place by voice call at a time you agree together.
Refunds and cancellations
- Before work begins: if you change your mind before Mia starts your ritual or before your reading time, you get a full refund. Just message her.
- Readings: cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your call. Within 24 hours, or if you miss the call, the reading cannot be refunded, but Mia will try to offer a new time once.
- Once a ritual has begun: rituals use Mia's time, materials and altar from day one, so a ritual cannot be refunded once it has started.
- Completed services (readings given, rituals performed, livestream questions answered) cannot be refunded.
- Events: the deposit is non-refundable. The rest can be refunded if you cancel at least 14 days before the event.
- If Mia cannot perform the service for any reason, you get a full refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because these are services performed for you, when you ask Mia to start your ritual or reading within those 14 days, you agree that work starts right away, and you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after work has started but before it is finished, you pay only for the part already done.
